Staff Tow is the property-side operations workflow. Apartment staff decide when towing coordination is needed, which partners are contacted, and whether escalation is allowed.

Tow Partner is the towing-company side for company setup, Property Partner Codes, coverage area, business documents, driver capacity, and property-approved relationships.

Plans do not guarantee tow requests, dispatch access, revenue, property approval, or property relationships.
